Join us for an in-person, interactive event and learn how to make comfort foods that are entirely plant-based! You’ll learn how to get incredible flavor in plant-based versions of some of your favorite dishes.

- We’ll welcome you with wine and our chef’s choice of appetizer while you settle in.
- First Course: Creamy Caesar Salad with Roasted Chickpeas and Plant-Based Parmesan.
- Second Course: Loaded Macaroni and Cheese in a Cashew Cream Sauce.
- Third Course: Tufahije – Poached Apples Stuffed with Walnuts.
